About James

I am a Wealth Management Advisor at TIAA with more than 17 years of experience in financial services. I completed a double major in Business Administration from the University of North Florida with concentrations in Financial Planning and Investments. During college, I realized I wanted a career that allowed me to help people, dive deeper into my affinity for the financial markets, and use my analytical skills.
At TIAA, our clients are largely educators and are some of the brightest and most successful people in their field. As their financial advisor, I have the opportunity to educate them on ways to turn their hard work and diligent savings into a lifetime of financial security. My goal is to allow clients the freedom to dream bigger and provide them confidence in the advice we provide. This, in turn, allows them to continue to do what they are passionate about and serve others.
I live in Jupiter, FL with my wife, Kate, and my two children, Mallory and Jensen. In our free time, we enjoy boating, fishing, surfing, swimming, snorkeling and playing baseball. I participated in “Crossing for Cystic Fibrosis,” which is an 85 mile stand-up paddle board crossing from Bimini, Bahamas to West Palm Beach, FL that raises funds and awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. I also support Pipers Angels Foundation, Palm Beach Boys and Girls Club and Loggerhead Marine Life Center.
